Order Details
How can I check the status of my order ?
Once the product has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with the courier tracking details.
What are the accepted payment options ?
- NEFT / RTGS
Please email us on [email protected] with payment details and order number after your transaction. - Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Google Pay / PhonePe/ Amazon Pay
Is GST available ?
Price excluding GST depends on the value of the item.
Is there any discount for large order ?
Yes, some discounts are available for bulk orders.
Return Policy
What is the return policy ?
There is no return policy in Surgical Garments.
How do I change a size that doesn't fit me?
The customer will be required to return the garment(s) at their own expense and Surgical Garments will send their desired size to their receipt on the same day of receipt, provided the item is that's in stock. Embroidered clothing is non-refundable. Out of stock products will usually be back in stock within 7 days and will be shipped as soon as they are available.
Is there a pick-up facility for returns and resizing?
However, we do not have a return service for orders placed on our website.
